It’s been a long time coming and we are too excited to release our creation out into the world! “Moja Na Maji” is almost ten years in the making. Moja na maji means “the one with water” in Swahili. It’s an ode to the Age of Aquarius, yes, we’re #TeamAquarius.
We have no qualms about how long it took because the entire process was effortless, from beginning to end. We greatly appreciate Ty Macklin at Alpha Omega Studio in Fort Worth where we recorded the project for being super instrumental in the sound and creativity. We appreciate everyone who contributed including the fans who have consistently asked “when is it dropping?” over the years as Mokah Soulfly often performed a song here or there from the project.
